New Degree Programs Up and Running for Fall

The Educational Core of Tompkins Cortland Community College's innovative Farm to Bistro concept will give students hands-on experience in every aspect of the food-production system, as the College will operate its own organic farm and supply fresh, local produce to Coltivare, the College's soon-to-open downtown Ithaca culinary center. The program supports two new degree programs at the College, Culinary Arts and Sustainable Farming and Food Systems, as well as students in existing programs Wine Marketing and Hotel and Restaurant Management.
