The Baker Center for Learning (BCL) provides a variety of support services to help students achieve academic success. Services are FREE and staff members can help you determine which services will be of greatest value to you. Study skills, test-taking skills, reading, math and writing assistance are available for all classes (tutoring schedules).

Fall Hours:

Monday - Thursday: 8 am - 9:00 pm

Friday: 8 am - 4 pm

The Baker Center for Learning is named in honor of
Dr. Lucille S. Baker, professor emerita and generous contributor to the improvement of learning for all students.

  • Tutoring: free drop-in tutoring in numerous subject areas including writing, math, accounting, biology, chemistry, physics, economics, history, psychology, sociology, business math, criminal justice, human services, nursing, Spanish, statistics, many computer topics and more!
