Professor ThankGod O. Imo has been an educator of accounting and business for more than twenty years in the United States. He has taught at the Mary Holmes College, West Point, Mississippi, and the East Mississippi Community College, Mayhew, Mississippi. He is a member of the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants (NYSSCPA), the American Accounting Association (AAA), and the Teachers of Accounting at Two-Year Colleges (TACTYC). He is also involved with the Study Abroad TROIKA program, a joint program involving the Santa Fe Community College and the Muscatine Community College and recently led a group of students on the Study Abroad program, sponsored by Drohobych Pedagogical University, to Ukraine.
Professor Imo has been listed among the Who’s Who Among American Teachers, has been on Outstanding Faculty of the Year honoree, and has received a Faculty, Excellence in Teaching Award in the past. He is currently a Professor, and the Chair of the Accounting program, at Tompkins Cortland Community College, Dryden, New York
