Required Forms:

At the beginning of each course, every student enrolling in an online course will need to complete:

• Application for Certificate of Residency (complete the form and provide proof of residence as directed)
• CollegeNow Online Registration form
• Letter to parents for online courses

Other forms:

• Add/Drop form (use this if a student wishes to leave the course)
• Transcript Request
• TC3 academic calendar (All online courses follow TC3's semester calendar)
