What do I do if I forgot my MyMail.TC3.edu password?

If you have changed your password then you need to contact Microsoft. If you haven't logged in yet, log into IQ.Web, and choose MyMail.TC3.edu from the menu on the left.

NOTE: For ANGEL courses, you can login to IQ.Web to see your ANGEL login information (username and starting password).

What do I do if I get the "Cannot log into IQ.Web using this id and password" error message?

This ID and password is for your E-mail account, not IQ.Web. You will need to create an IQ.Web account. Once you have set up your account you can log in.
