Health Certificate

A complete physical exam by a licensed practitioner is mandatory for all new students entering the nursing program. A PPD current within six months is mandatory. In the event of a positive PPD test, a follow-up chest x-ray is required. Health certificate and complete instructions are provided by the enrollment services center.
