QuickPay Online Billing and Payment


Access the QuickPay billing and payment system through myTC3. To access QuickPay, log in to myTC3 and select myINFO. Then select “make a payment.”


Payment Profiles

Creating a payment profile allows a user to enter banking or credit card information that is stored for payment processing. This allows a user to select this payment information, so re-entry of the information is not required each time a payment is made. This selection is optional.

Authorization of Payers

This allows a student to set up an account for a parent/guardian to gain access to the QuickPay System. The authorized payer will receive an e-mail with his/her username and the link to the Authorized Payer login site. For security purposes, the authorized payer will not receive his or her password in the e-mail. The student must provide the initial password to the authorized payer.

User Preferences

These allow students or authorized payers to update e-mail addresses and notification preferences. Students will receive e-mail notifications through their TC3 myMAIL accounts. Authorized payers must enter a primary e-mail address to receive notification when a new bill is available.

View Accounts

This feature allows a student or authorized payer to review his/her current statement or past statements by selecting “Statement History.” This statement can be obtained in printable format by clicking on the PDF option Printable Statement at the top left corner of the statement.

Make Payment

This should be selected to submit an online payment to an account. Electronic check and credit cards (VISA, Discover and MasterCard) are available options.
