Methods of Payment

You may pay your college charges with cash, check, VISA, or MasterCard. Other methods of payment, such as financial aid, are available. See the financial aid section.

QuickPay Online Billing and Payment

QuickPay allows you to pay your bill online, as well as authorize a third party to pay your bill and receive your financial aid refund as a direct deposit.

Payment Plan – FACTS

The college offers a monthly payment plan per semester. You may sign up online or pick up a paper enrollment form in the Enrollment Services Center (Room 101). Be prepared to make the first payment plus a $25 fee at the time of signing up.

Enrollment services specialists cannot sign students up for the payment plan.

You may defer payment of your bill if you have evidence at the time of registration that:

a third party will be paying your bill
you have been awarded a grant or scholarship
you have been awarded financial aid

Financial aid deferrals are granted based upon actual or estimated awards. If you do not have an actual financial aid award by the first day of classes, late payment charges will be added.

Third Party Outside Payers

In the case your bill will be paid by an employer by a scholarship administered outside of TC3,or by any other outside agency, formal documentation from the source of payment is necessary. Written documentation should specify what types of charges and amounts will be paid by the third party, where the bill should be sent and where, if required for payment, grades should be sent.
