Coaches–Women's Golf

Mick McDaniel

Head Coach

Mick McDanielCoach McDaniel returns to the course for the 2014-15 year, bringing along some strong credentials. He previously coached TC3 for more than a decade, putting together one of the most impressive runs of success of any TC3 team in any sport. During a four year span, TC3 won two Region III titles, never finished worse than third in the Region and had two top-seven finishes at nationals. He coached an individual national champion, a two-time All-American, three MSAC individual champions, and dozens of all-region and all-MSAC performers. Coach McDaniel has coached men and women golfers, including TC3's first woman golfer to qualify for the national tournament, by working with each golfer on all facets of the game. His knowledge, experience, and coaching style translates to a positive experience for all his student athletes.

Lane and Rosenberger Compete

TC3's two female golfers competed at the Jefferson Community College Invitational. Ashlee Lane led the way with a score of 101. Ashley Rosenberger fired a 123.


Lane Fires 98 at MSAC Tournament

TC3's Ashlee Lane broke 100 for the first time this season, firing a 98 at the Mid-State Athletic Conference tournament Wednesday. The event, hosted by TC3, was played at the par-72 the Cortland Country Club.


Lane Top Female Golfer at Cobleskill

Sunday, April 25, 2004

Ashley Lane carded the top score from a female golfer at the SUNY Cobleskill Invite Sunday. Lane, playing just her secound round of the year, fired a 101, six strokes better than the second place finisher. Teammate Ashley Rosenberger continued her steady improvement with a 110.

Both Ashley Lane and Ashley Rosenberger took part in the SUNY Delhi Invitational. Lane led the way with a 105, followed by a 112 for Rosenberger. For Lane it was her first round of the season, while Rosenberger dropped eight strokes from her previous best.

Ashley Rosenberger opened her 2004 season at the Mohawk Valley Community College Invitational on April 12. Playing for the first time as a Panther, Rosenberger carded a 120 to finish second among women golfers.
